ROLE OVERVIEW

Ilham El Khalifi is the founder and strategic leader of Alkhalifi Group. With more than 20 years of experience in real estate development, asset management and advisory services, she provides the long-term vision that guides the company and ensures that every project is approached with discipline, ambition and a clear understanding of value.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

She defines the group’s priorities, oversees major investment and development decisions, and aligns the work of the sales, marketing, administration and project teams. She also develops relationships with investors, owners, partners and profesional stakeholders, evaluates opportunities across different markets and ensures that projects are supported by sound positioning, strong execution and responsible decision-making.
